- Dedicated pipeline managers review the loan pipeline daily, set priorities and coordinate and align with other departments to ensure that loans get into the right hands.
- We align compensation with sales priorities and pay bonus to underwriters and processors based on on-time closings – not fundings.
- Loan level surveys ensure quality and customer satisfaction and help detect any areas of weakness. It helps us recognize steller performers and identify best practices to incorporate into our processes.
- We constantly analyze loan-level data and utilize our intelligent Mortgage Platform® to incorporate efficiencies into our fulfillment processes.
